Living (Room) YogaI have long considered offering online yoga for you to practice in the comfort and privacy of your own home, but recent events of the spread of COVID-19 and a public health call for social distancing have pushed me to finally make this vision a reality.
So, here it is. We meet in our living rooms to practice yoga together. The inspiration behind Living (Room) Yoga is that we're practicing in our homes - yup, my own living room is the backdrop - but this is indeed LIVING YOGA. I craft yoga practices to speak to the holistic human experience, not simply movement on a sticky mat to make your abs pop. The yoga I offer is a practice that I truly hope will nourish, challenge, restore and prepare you for all of the experiences that make up the fullness of living as a human being. As I feel the call to offer a practice immediately, I am reaching back into my previous offerings to have one available to you now, but I will continue to add to this catalog. |
