The time span between the winter holidays is rife with heavy mental and domestic load and, especially this year, can feel like a period in which we are just barely getting by. But what if you could move beyond surviving those weeks and, instead, THRIVE?
This 21-day reset is designed to resource you with yoga practices complemented by supportive mental health education and techniques to assist you in moving through the holiday season and forward into a purposeful and healthy 2021. Bridging the Gap is led by Tracey Garcia, E-RYT 500 and Katie Pace, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), who are joining their experience, education and skill base to guide you in reframing your mindset and restoring your sense of wholeness.
Each morning supportive and thought-provoking teachings will be delivered to your inbox. From Tracey, you will receive pre-recorded yoga practices, guided meditations, pranayama suggestions, guided Yoga Nidra audio recordings, and practical applications of yogic philosophy. Katie will provide readings, resources, intentional activities intended to support you in releasing negative thought patterns, shedding unhealthy expectations, and identifying ways to move forward with hope and confidence. Additionally, each Sunday we will begin the week with a deeply relaxing live Restorative Yoga experience.
